01 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the tl89 platform ("tl89", "we", "our") and any user of the platform ("you", "user"). By visiting the website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are giving your full consent to these Terms.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use tl89 services you must open a personal account. You are required to provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, tl89 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any pending balance.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold a maximum of one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at tl89 is ৳200 (Bangladeshi Taka). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Every transaction is secured with SSL encryption.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made to an account associated with the payment method used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may not be processed simultaneously.
• tl89 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.3 Transaction Currency

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tl89 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (15 times the bonus amount). This means the corresponding amount must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Misuse or manipulation of bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being restricted.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time — please check the details of each offer.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on tl89 are conducted under fair and transparent policies. Users are required to follow the rules below:

• Once the outcome of a bet has been determined, it cannot be changed.
• tl89 reserves the right to correct any odds or results that are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If any user attempts to exploit a system vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage, the relevant winnings may be voided and the account may be closed.
• Collusion, use of bots, or use of automated software is strictly prohibited.
• tl89 reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns and to limit amounts where necessary.

07 VIP Program

The tl89 VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and contributions on the platform. Details about each tier's benefits and special offers can be obtained from the tl89 support team. tl89 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tl89 platform:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software or systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Harassing or engaging in misconduct toward other users.
• Using any automated betting system or bot.
• Chargeback fraud or any payment-related deception.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
